Charles Eldred
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Chuck Eldred is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for PNM Resources, the parent company of Public Service Company of New Mexico, and Texas-New Mexico Power. With more than 30 years of experience in the utility industry, Eldred oversees Treasury, Investor Relations and Corporate Planning, the Controller’s Group, Internal Auditing, Customer Service and Business Technology Services.

Before joining PNM Resources in 2005, Eldred served for several years as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Omaha Public Power District, where he oversaw Corporate Auditing, Finance, Corporate Accounting, Planning and Budgeting Services, Corporate Communications and Governmental Affairs. Prior to that, he worked for Southern Company and its subsidiary, Georgia Power.

Senior Vice President and General Counsel

Patrick Apodaca is Senior Vice President and General Counsel for PNM Resources, the parent company of PNM and TNMP. He joined PNM Resources in January 2010. Patrick has responsibility for assuring the provision of high quality, efficient and effective legal services to all areas of the company. He also oversees corporate governance, environmental services and human resources. Patrick previously served as University Counsel for the University of New Mexico. Ron Darnell
Senior Vice President, Public Policy

Ron Darnell is Senior Vice President for Public Policy for PNM Resources. He is responsible for regulatory and government affairs, corporate communications and marketing, and community relations and stakeholder engagement. Ron has been with the company since 2008.

Ron joined PNM from Colorado’s Xcel Energy, where he was Director of Regulatory Administration South in the company’s Governmental and Regulatory Affairs Department. While at Xcel his responsibilities included management of cost allocation studies and the design of rates and charges for various wholesale and retail utility services. He was also responsible for overseeing retail regulatory affairs for Public Service Company of Colorado including tariff and contract administration, franchise and service territory administration, and case management.

Lisa Eden is Vice President, Treasurer for PNM Resources, the parent company of Public Service Company of New Mexico, and Texas-New Mexico Power. With over 20 years of experience in the financial and utility industry, Lisa is responsible for corporate finance, including financing, banking, credit analysis and rating agency management; cash management; asset trust management; insurance programs; commodity and counterparty risk management; shareholder services; investor relations; financial planning; and business analysis.

Laurie Monfiletto
Vice President, Human Resources

Laurie Monfiletto is Vice President for Human Resources at PNM Resources, the parent company of PNM and TNMP.

Laurie oversees human resource strategy for the organization through employee and labor relations, compensation, benefits, and workforce development.

Laurie joined PNM Resources in 2007 and has served as a Human Resources director for the utility as well as for strategic workforce planning and staffing. In those positions, her responsibilities have included formulating policy and providing strategic advice and solutions on workforce planning and development initiatives, leading human resources strategy for the utility, and advising on employee/labor relations matters.
